It looks like sushi, it tastes like sushi, but guess what? It's Vegan! And it's not just sushi on the menu—you can dive into delicious fried bean curd rice balls and Vegan Yakkitori too. This place started as a pop-up store a few years ago, and I am absolutely thrilled that they've now become a full-time restaurant in Seoul!
Dahlia dining (달리아 다이닝) - fine dining
This place is run by the famous Chef Choi-hyun suk, who you might recognise from numerous TV shows and his dashing looks! I'm thrilled that he's launched vegan fine dining restaurants. If you're not in the mood for a full course menu, no worries! You can order individual dishes instead. Thanks to his popularity, this place is already viral among Koreans. It's definitely on my must-visit list for my next trip to Korea!
